Beyonce Knowles to perform at Michael Jackson tribute concert via satellite

Washington, August 23 : Beyonce Knowles has become the latest celebrity set to perform at the Michael Jackson tribute concert in Wales in October, but she will be taking part via satellite.

Katherine Jackson has organised the ‘Michael Forever: The Tribute Concert’ in Cardiff, and superstars Christina Aguilera,Cee Lo Green, Smokey Robinson and Leona Lewis have already signed up.

Now Beyonce has been added, even though she won''t be able to be there in person.

“A unique, never-before-seen performance by Beyoncé of one of her favourite Jackson 5 songs will be shown at the concert,” Contactmusic quoted a statement on the event''s Facebook.com page, as saying.

“A lifelong Michael fan, Beyoncé really wanted to be involved in this tribute concert. Due to scheduling issues she can''t be there in person, but this performance is not to be missed,” it further stated.
